Ewenity (pronounced "unity" - get it?) is a co-operative of Ontario farmers who milk their sheep. Milk is then crafted into delicious yogurt, cheeses and ice cream at the Best Baa Dairy in Fergus, Ontario.
Our aims:
- To craft high quality sheep milk cheeses, yogurt and ice cream products at a fair price.
- To use minimal ingredients allowing natural flavours and textures to unfold and delight the pallattes of discerning consumers.
- To enable members of the Ewenity Dairy Co-operative to earn a fair return for their milk based on sustainable farming and high animal welfare practices.
