Ewenity Co-op's Feta

Did you know that most Greek and Eastern European Feta is actually made from sheeps milk?

Our Feta, like its traditional counterpart is mild, creamy and fairly soft. We deliberately use less salt in the brine than most.

Age: At least 3 weeks

Appearance: Sold in a plastic tub, 200g of cheese packed in brine

Ingredients: sheep milk, salt, bacterial culture, rennet

Fat content: 25% MF
