Ramembert is our version of Camembert (but by now you know that we use corny names don't you?).
Creamier than Camembert.
Description: White mould ripened cheese
Pasteurized: Yes
Age: At least 3 weeks
Appearance: Discs approx. 8cm x 3cm
Ingredients: sheep milk, salt, bacterial culture, rennet, P. candidum
Fat content: 25% MF
Comparable to: Camembert, Brie
